Heather Duncan
Heather is a Consultant at Birmingham Children's Hospital, and is developing an early warning scoring system for critically ill children to improve quality of care, length of hospitalisation and save lives.
The early warning score is being designed provide remote continuous monitoring, and will help show signs of deterioration to critical illness before life-threatening events.
Heather is collaborating with McLaren, while BCH is creating new ways of exploiting the platform to deliver efficient and effective care.
