Paul Chapman
Paul is a Partner at Marks & Clerk and advises a number of Scottish universities with regards to their IP rights and handles a wide variety of patent work. He has experience of European opposition procedures, in particular, in the areas of biotechnology, molecular biology and chemistry.
Paul is a regular speaker at bioscience conferences and has given a number of presentations to universities and other clients. Paul was brought up and educated in Edinburgh. He obtained an honours degree in microbiology from the University of Glasgow, followed by a doctorate in molecular biology.
