Marie McMorrow
Marie is a Partner at DWF LLP and advises clients in a broad range of product and service industries concerning the creation, protection and commercial exploitation of their intellectual property assets. She regularly advises on joint venture, collaboration and licensing arrangements as a means of effectively exploiting and commercialising IP assets in the electronics, software, manufacturing and medical equipment and devices sectors.
Marie also handles disputes relating to a broad spectrum of intellectual property rights undertaking national and multijurisdictional litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Patents County Court, and Luxemburg Court of First Instance in intellectual property disputes. Her professional qualifications include Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
