Graham Hygate
Graham Hygate is one of the founder directors of Fine Energy Limited, a UK-based wind and hydro energy developer. He trained in physics research and mathematical modelling, carrying out experimental studies of wind turbine interference (University of Cambridge) and developing a novel field measurement technique for the National Physical Laboratory and the University of Bristol where he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow.
His commercial experience prior to Fine Energy included leadership of the public sector business at Charteris plc, strategic development at Detica plc and management positions at Oracle and Logica, where his customers included public electricity suppliers and energy industry bodies.
Fine Energy operates throughout the UK leasing land from farmers and businesses for wind and hydro projects.
