Luke Kempton
Luke is a Partner in the intellectual property team at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co. He has a focus on life sciences, and specialises in patent litigation relating to pharmaceutical and biotech products, licensing deals, collaborations, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and pharmaceutical regulatory law.
He is a member of the CIPA Exploitation and Competition Committee, the CBI Innovation Science and Technology Committee, and the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry and Biotechnology Industry.
Luke obtained a PhD in Biochemistry from Leeds University in 1990, and completed his CPE and LPC at the College of Law, York in 1991 and 1992.
