Richard Miner, Director
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and has held senior positions in both industry and practice.
Key appointments have included:
- Group Finance Director at LPC Group PLC, the largest UK based independent producer of tissue product
- Partner at PKF
- Financial Controller at a medium sized, family-owned group of companies involved in retail, publishing and distribution
- Divisional Accountant and Commercial Manager in a Midlands technology based listed company.
Prior to joining F D Solutions Richard was a partner at Weatherer Bailey Bragg LLP, a 4 partner accounting practice based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, where he has provided general advisory services to a portfolio of clients and been responsible for developing the firm’s corporate finance and entrepreneurial services and its marketing strategy, including its professional contacts. He also continued to act for LPC Group until its sale last year, initially as Finance Director and in other consultancy roles, assisting with acquisition and project work.
Richard is also a Non Executive Director at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, a district general hospital and recent provider of community healthcare, where he serves on the Audit Committee as well as the Finance and Performance Committee.
